Located at 89 Clarence in the heart of Canada’s capital region, the historic Ottawa Byward Market sets the stage for a memorable fine dining experience. Open in April of 1996 to great fanfare, Ritz Clarence St. stands unique among many culinary trends. Famous for its warm crackling hard wood fire oven pizzas, chic, rich, minimalist décor and its extensive wine list. Inspiration is drawn from the clean, fresh flavors of the Mediterranean rim that straddles the boundaries of Italian tradition.
